We have been working for a long while to get this dairy-free white chocolate developed. It is made with organic rice milk, organic cocoa butter and organic unrefined cane sugar. Like all Pascha products it is completely dairy free, nut-free and peanut-free, wheat/gluten-free and soy-free. Some soy is used in a different part of the facility that makes this chip, but on completely different equipment. We have lab tested the chips and no soy is detectable at the tolerance level of the tests - 10 ppm.
The chocolate itself has all the characteristics of a classic white chocolate, except it is dairy-free. The rice milk used is an organic Italian rice milk. The cocoa butter comes from Dominican Republic Cocoa beans, and the organic unrefined cane sugar is from a co-op in Paraguay.

I'm not a big fan of white chocolate but was curious to try these. I was pleasantly surprised. They are very good! Worth the price; a little goes a long way. I have not baked with them yet; we just prefer to eat them right from the bag. Kudos to whomever came up with the recipe for these. Would also love to try them in a peppermint flavor.

I bought this product for my son who has multiple food allergies--HE LOVES the chips---they're not too sweet/similar to Rice milk-he said they were tasty
